Questions About Your Meeting
What to expect from the video, the intake form, and your fifteen minutes with the attorney.
Do I need to watch the whole video before my meeting?
Yes — and here’s why it’s worth it. The presentation covers everything Attorney Bifulco would otherwise need to explain during a paid consultation: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, nursing home costs, and the mistakes that cost families dearly. When you’ve watched it, your fifteen minutes at no charge get spent on your plan, your price, and your questions — not on definitions. You’ll also be able to judge for yourself whether what we recommend makes sense. We’d rather you walk in as an informed consumer.
What happens at my fifteen-minute meeting?
Because a plan can’t be designed around goals we don’t know. The Goals & Priorities Assessment in the form is where you tell us what matters most — staying in your home, protecting an inheritance, keeping your family out of court — and it’s what your attorney designs around. The financial questions let him spot real risks, like nursing home exposure or tax problems, before your meeting. Everything you enter is confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege, and estimates are fine. The more you complete before your appointment, the better your fifteen minutes will be.
